Shipping Policy:
All orders are handmade and shipped from Salt Lake City, Utah.
Processing time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-10 business days of purchase.
Shipping rates: We offer flat-rate shipping of $5 anywhere in the U.S., with an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days after your order ships.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships, so you can follow its journey to your door.
Delays: While we do our best to get your toy to you quickly, please note that carrier delays are outside of our control. If your package seems significantly delayed, reach out and we'll help track it down.
Refund Policy:
We want you (and your cat) to be happy with your purchase!
Returns: Because every toy is handmade in small batches, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. If there's an issue with your order, for example it's damaged in transit, the wrong item received, or there was a defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Refunds/replacements: Once we approve a return or issue, we'll offer a refund / replacement / store credit — let us know which you'd prefer.
Cancellations: Since toys are made to order in small batches, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if the item hasn't shipped already.
